“Use your Head” as some experts say when referring to identifying food sensitivities, is condescending to those with multiple food sensitivities or Lipedema. In my experience, sensitivities are not “That simple”.
Could Hair Sensitivity Tests still be hooey? Yes, I completely admit they could.
But, Since I’ve had so many “medical mystery” things happen to me, that hasn’t be explained “by science”, and I’ve had so many people not believe me (like gaining 6 pounds from eating one 35 calorie scallop), that I’m not going to pretend that all science is known and understood.
